Learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.G.A. are present. This appeal under Section 14A(1) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been preferred against the order dated 02.05.2023 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sambhal at Chandausi in Sessions Case No.43 of 2023, State Vs. Rohtash Chandra, arising out of Crime No.54 of 2023, under Sections 406, 354, 452, 323, 504, 506, 354 (B) IPC and Sections 3(2) (va), 3(1) (dha) of SC/ST Act, Police Station-Chandausi, District Sambhal.
