¶1Heard Sri Shachindra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicants in both the connected contempt application.

¶2The writ Court on 27.02.2020 had decided Writ-C No.6334 of 2020 and had required the opposite party to proceed afresh in the matter. Pursuant to the order of the writ Court, fresh order was passed by the opposite party on 17.07.2020, which has already been challenged by the Committee of Management through Writ-C No.12566 of 2020.

¶3Once the order passed by the authorities have been challenged before this Court and is under consideration of the writ Court, no case for contempt is made out for violating the order dated

27.02.2020.

¶4Both the contempt applications are misconceived and hereby dismissed.
