¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondent nos.1 to 4 to save the family trust namely Narsingh Bhawan Gokuldham Dharmashala Nand Chauk Gokul, Tehsil Mahavan, District Mathura from the clutches and illegal occupation of respondents.

¶3After hearing the parties at length, once the Court has indicated its mind in negative, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the present writ petition be dismissed as not pressed.

¶4Prayer made is allowed.
