This transfer application has been filed to transfer the Case No. 1568 of 2022 (State vs. Monu Kuumar and another), under Section 307, 504, 34 IPC, Madhuban Bapudhan, District Ghaziabad, pending in the court of Chief Judicail Magistrate, Ghaziabad to any competent court of Meerut Judgeship. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is accused in the above noted case. It is fairly submitted that the case has not been committed by the learned Magistrate for Session Trial. In view of the above, the present transfer application has no merit and deserves to be dismissed. Accordingly, the present transfer application has been dismissed.
