Act, Police Station Kidwai Nagar, District Kanpur Nagar, pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)-IV, Kanpur Nagar, expeditiously within a stipulated time. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court concerned is directed to make an endeavour to decide the pending case referred to above strictly in accordance with law within a period of six months expeditiously preferably without granting any unnecessary or unduly adjournments to the parties concerned.
