¶1On 02.12.2022 following order was passed by this Court : "In paragraph no. 13 of the affidavit to the contempt application it has been alleged that the order of writ Court has been violated by one Nanhe Lal, Rajit and Tirathraj, who wants to take forcible possession of the land in dispute, but they have not been arrayed as party in the contempt proceedings instead of the Additional District Magistrate, Bhadohi has been arrayed as opposite party. Let an impleadment application be filed by the applicant within one month for impleading the abovementioned persons as opposite parties in the contempt proceeding. List after one month."

¶2From perusal of the order it is clear that time was granted to the applicant to move impleadment application but till date no impleadment application has been filed.
