¶2By means of the present writ petition, the order dated

03.08.2023 issued by the Registrar of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow has been challenged. The order states that extension of affiliation may not be granted to the three Institutions including the petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 till guidelines/directives are not received from the State-Government.

¶3It is contended that after a period of about three weeks from the date of passing of the order impugned, the State Government has issued a communication dated 29.08.2023 (annexed as Annexure No. 10 to the writ petition) to the Registrar of the University.

¶4Shri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that on 29.08.2023 a report has been asked for from the Registrar of the University.

¶5Be that as it may, the controversy at this stage being quite limited, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Registrar of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow to act in furtherance of the communication dated 29.08.2023 issued by the State-Government and send requisite order/report to the Government on or before 10.12.2023, provided a certified/downloaded/self-attested copy of this order is served upon the Registrar of the University within 10 days.
