¶1List has been revised. No one has put in appearance on behalf of applicant to press the application.

¶2On 23.11.2022, following order was passed by this Court : "1. Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to file supplementary affidavit bringing on record complete order-sheet of the proceedings, which is pending before opposite party within three weeks.

¶2List this matter in the 3rd week of January, 2023."

¶3Thereafter on 27.09.2023 following order was passed : "Counsel for the applicant prays for and is granted three weeks' further time for complying the earlier order."

¶4From perusal of the orders passed earlier on two occasion it is clear that time was granted to the applicant to file supplementary affidavit brining on record the complete order sheet but till date no supplementary affidavit has been filed.
