¶1Heard Sri Ramdhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.P. Singh, learned AGA for the State.

¶2The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 14.7.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 0189 of 2023, under Section 3/5A/8 of UP Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 4/25 of the Arms Act, Police Station - Chandauli, District - Chandauli, and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedy anticipatory bail/bail as permissible under law and in accordance with law.
