¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
¶2The present transfer application has been filed by the applicant seeking transfer of Revision No.27 of 2023 (Smt. Seema Vs. Prem Singh) pending before Commissioner, Meerut Division, Meerut to Commissioner, Kanpur Division, Kanpur.
¶3The Stamp Reporter has submitted a report that instant transfer application is not maintainable under Section 24 of C.P.C. as the case is pending before Commissioner, Meerut Division, Meerut.
¶4The court of Commissioner is not subordinate to High Court, therefore, application under Section 24 of C.P.C. is not maintainable before this Court.
