¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

¶2The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the District & Session Judge, Gautam Budh Nagar to decide the Crl. Revision No.76 of 2023 (Guddu vs. State of U.P. and others) arising out of Case Crime No.178 of 2022, under Sections 420, 406 I.P.C., P.S. Bisrakh, District Gautam Budh Nagar within the stipulated period.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application under section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed off with a direction to the District & Session Judge, Gautam Budh Nagar to decide the Crl. Revision No.76 of 2023 (Guddu vs. State of U.P. and others) arising out of Case Crime No.178 of 2022, under Sections 420, 406 I.P.C., P.S. Bisrakh, District Gautam Budh Nagar in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
