¶1Heard Shri Adil Khan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 26.09.2023 in Case Crime No. 542 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 & 506 I.P.C. and under Section 3/4 D.P. Act, 1961, Police Station Amroha Nagar, District Amroha.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 482 of 2023 has been filed on 19.10.2023 whereby the petitioners herein has been exonerated and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
