¶1Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing counsel for State respondents.

¶2The present petition has been instituted for seeking expedite outcome of the order passed under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶3Learned Standing counsel for State respondents came up with the instructions that the restoration application has been preferred for seeking restoration of the order dated 28.01.2023 passed under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 by respondent no.3

¶4In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the prayer made in the petition cannot be acceded during pendency of the restoration application.
