¶1Heard Shri Jitendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 06.09.2023 in Case Crime No. 0395 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 392, 427 & 406 I.P.C., Police Station Saini, District Kaushambi.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the final report dated 21.09.2023 submitted through C.D. No. 06 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
