¶1Compliance affidavit has been filed by the State wherein it has been stated that the order of writ Court has been complied with on

03.12.2022. The said fact has been stated in para 8 of the affidavit of compliance. A copy of the order passed by opposite party has been brought on record as Annexure 2 to the affidavit of compliance.

¶2In view of the said fact as the order of writ Court has been complied with, the contempt application has rendered infructuous and stands dismissed.
