¶1Heard Sri Mahavir Yadav alonwth Sri Narendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Shailesh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the informant, who has filed his vakalatnama on

28.10.2023 and Sri G.P. Singh, learned AGA for the State.

¶2This writ petitions have been filed by the petitioner for quashing of the the First Information Report dated 20.07.2023 in Case Crime No. 198 of 2023, under Sections 323, 354, 354-A, 354-B and 504 IPC, Police Station - Shalimar Garden, District - Trans Hindan (Commissionrate Ghaziabad).

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge sheet dated 29.9.2023 (CD No. 13) has been filed in the present case, as such, the cause for filing present writ petitions no more survives.
