¶1After substantial argument, once the Court has declined to entertain the writ petition on the ground of locus and inclined to dismiss the writ petition with exemplary cost, confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not inclined to press the present writ petition, the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
