Petitioner, who has been working as Assistant Engineer in the Department of Rural Engineering Services, wants that his representation may be considered and disposed of in respect of the seniority list published in the year 2021. Petitioner has admittedly retired in the year 2009 and, therefore, I see no justification now for a retired employee to raise dispute regarding seniority which has been finalized more than a decade after retirement. No incidental benefits arise out of such seniority list admittedly to a retired employee. In view of the above, the petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
