Petitioner, who has retired from the post of Assistant Engineer from the office of Nirman Khand-I, P.W.D., Ghazpir, namely, Public Works Department, claims to have been not paid the certain amount of arrears of salary, GPF, gratuity and regular pension and, accordingly prays that in this regard his pending representation dated 11th August, 2023 may be directed to be disposed of by the competent respondents, namely, Executive Engineer, Ghazipur, who has been impleaded as respondent No.- 5. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above request. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 5 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner as raised in representation dated 11th August, 2023 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
