¶1Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.

¶2It appears from the record that the petitioners have filed Writ Petition No. 2871 of 2018 relating to the acquisition in question, but the relief claimed therein has not been disclosed. In the supplementary affidavit filed today also, the said aspect has not been clarified.

¶3Without examining the relief claimed in the previous writ petition, it would not be possible to adjudicate on the dispute involved in the instant petition. Even otherwise, relevant facts which are necessary for disposal of the writ petition have not been mentioned.
