¶1The petitioners are claiming 5% developed land in addition to compensation amount already received by them in terms of the order in Full Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 37443 of 2011. The writ petition filed by the petitioners bearing number 47262 of 2011 was disposed of by order dated 21.10.2011, following the judgment in Gajraj vs. State of U.P. and Others; 2011 (11) ADJ 1, decided on 21.10.2011.

¶2Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 3 states that the respondents would pass orders on the representation of the petitioners within such time as may be directed by this Court.

¶3Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3 to pass a speaking order on the representation of the petitioners (annexure-4) within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with photocopy of the representation.
