¶1The grievance of the petitioner is that no decision is being taken on the application of the petitioner for registration of his vehicle which was purchased on 19.08.2022. The details of the vehicle are 'TIGOR CNG XZ + 1.2 RTN BS6, Chasis No. MAT637056NKE43064' .

¶2The petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no. 4, Regional Transport Officer, Bareilly to take appropriate decision on the application of the petitioner for registration of his vehicle within 3 months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order before him strictly in accordance with law.
