¶1Learned counsel for the petitioners states that certain facts which are necessary for adjudication of the dispute raised in the present writ petition could not be brought on record due to oversight and therefore, prays that the petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh writ petition bringing necessary details on record.

¶2Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
