¶1It is contended that Misc.Application under Section 21 (1)(a) of UP Act No.13 of 1972 was allowed by the prescribed authority and seeking recall of the same, Misc.Application No.181 of 2021 (Gaurav Goel vs. Subhashchand Jain) has been moved by the defendant.

¶2Prayer for expeditious disposal of the said application has been made.

¶3In view of above, petition stands disposed of directing the prescribed authority to decide the aforesaid application on or before 31.12.2023 provided a certified copy of this order is filed before the prescribed authority on or before 15.11.2023.
