We have gone through the prayer made in the writ PIL. On instructions, learned Standing Counsel points out that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Act has already been initiated against the encroachers. In view of aforesaid submissions, it transpires that the writ PIL has served its purpose. Even otherwise, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, we are not inclined to entertain the writ PIL. The same is accordingly, dismissed.
