¶1Heard Shri Daan Bahadur Yadav, learned Advocate, holding brief of Shri Vikas Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2Prayer for expeditious disposal of P.A. Case No.02 of 2012 (Smt.Noor Jahan vs. Gulam Ali), i.e., Application under Section 21

(1) of UP Act No.13 of 1972 has been made.

¶3The proceedings under Section 21 being summary in nature, the Court is surprised as to why the matter is being kept pending for the last 11 years.

¶4In that view of the matter, the petition stands disposed of directing the prescribed authority concerned to decide the aforesaid case on or before 31.3.2024 after hearing both the sides provided a certified copy of this order is filed before the prescribed authority on or before 15.11.2023.
