The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that respondent nos. 5 to 8 are interfering in the construction of the first floor in the house of the petitioner on his bhumidhari plot and in this context, the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 to help the petitioner in making constructions. The issue raised in the present petition is not a matter of public law and the petitioner has the remedy to file appropriate proceedings before the concerned district court. In view of the aforesaid, it is not a fit case for interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is dismissed.
