¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

¶2This application under Section 482 CrPC has been filed with the prayer to direct the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sadabad, Hathras to decide the case bearing Criminal Case No. 412 of 2020 (State Vs. Darva Singh), arising out of Case Crime No. 146 of 2020, under Sections 147, 323, 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station Sadabad Kotwali, District Hathras.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that in the present case, applicant is an accused and charges against him have been framed on 21.07.2022, however since then, trial has been pending disposal and the same has not yet been concluded.

¶4In view of the above, learned court below is expected to make all endeavours to conclude the aforesaid trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two years from the date of filing of certified copy of this order without giving any unnecessary adjournments to either parties, if there is no other legal impediment in concluding the aforesaid trial.
