¶1On 9.10.2023, we had passed the below quoted order : "At present, it is doubtful, if the petitioner is being paid salary only Rs. 10,000/- though he is working on the post of Customer Relationship Manager with a micro-finance corporation. To test the bonafides of the petitioner, let supplementary affidavit be filed to bring on record the bank account statement with respect to bank account in which such salary is being paid to the petitioner. The petitioner may also bring on record the TDS certificate issued to him by the employer for the current F.Y. and last four F.Ys. Put up as fresh on 30 October 2023. "

¶2Today, Shri Vinod Kumar Singh, Advocate, holding brief of learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant does not wish to press the present appeal.
