¶1Heard Shri Arvind Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Archana Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3.

¶2At the outset, Shri Arvind Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner states that subsequent events have intervened inasmuch as the impugned advertisement has been withdrawn and fresh tenders have been invited on 30.08.2023.
