Court No. - 64 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL APPLICATION No. - 49545 of 2021 Applicant :- Ajeet Singh Opposite Party :- State of U.P. Counsel for Applicant :- Ankit Saran,Rohan Gupta Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A.,Satish Kumar Tyagi Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant; Sri Satish Kumar Tyagi, learned counsel for the informant; learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ajeet Singh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 6 of 2020, under Sections 302, 120-B IPC, Police Station BB Nagar, District-Bulandshahr, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant and has submitted that before the trial court, today is the date fixed for deciding the sentence to be awarded of the applicant. In view of the above, there is no justification for enlarging the applicant on bail at this stage. The bail application is accordingly rejected.
