The petition has been filed with the following prayer : - "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to the respondent authorities, not to restrain and act unreasonably and unfairly and allow the petitioner to recite Azan on microphone, as petitioner is holding valid permission vide permission letter no. 1378/V.P.P.C./2023-24 dated 8th May 2023." The petitioner has the remedy to file appropriate proceedings before the concerned civil court which has to be decided in accordance with law considering all the relevant factors including the discomfort to any other body or person residing in the area, i.e., in the vicinity of the mosque. In view of the aforesaid, it is not a fit case for interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is dismissed.
