¶1Sri Praveen Kumar, counsel for the petitioner, Standing Counsel for respondent No.1 and Sri D.S. Chauhan, counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

¶2Challenge in this writ petition is to the impugned notice dated

8.9.2023 issued under Section 27(1) of the U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973.

¶3Sri A.P. Paul, counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the petitioner can file objection to the impugned notice and till his objection is decided, no demolition activity shall take place.

¶4Considering the fair submission made by learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner to file reply to the impugned notice dated

8.9.2023 within two weeks from today and in turn the Authority to pass speaking order after giving due opportunity to the petitioner.
