29.11.2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also prayed for a direction to the Bank that a "No Dues Certificate" be also given to the petitioner. The counsel for the Bank Sri Amit Shukla, however, has stated that there were dues of more than Rs. 17 lacs and odd vis-a-vis the petitioner and that the petitioner was a chronic defaulter.
