¶1Heard Shri Madhav Jain, learned counsel for the plaintiff-petitioner.

¶2Prayer for expeditious disposal of SCC Suit No.13 of 2016 has been made.

¶3A perusal of the order-sheet shows that there are various applications moved by the respective parties and the court is enaged in deciding the said applications.

¶4Considering the material available on record, this petition stands disposed of directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid suit on or before 31.5.2024 after providing full opportunity of hearing to the parties provided proceedings of the suit have not been stayed by any court of law.
