¶1Prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to respondents nos. 2 and 3 to allot residential plot to the petitioners as per Resettlement & Rehabilitation Policy, 2013 of the respondents and decide their representation dated 17.10.2022.

¶2In the past, writ petition filed by the petitioners for the same relief bearing Writ C No. 13259 of 2023 was dismissed as it lacked material particulars. Once again, same mistake has been repeated; even copy of the award has not been annexed.

¶3Repeated filing of writ petitions before this Court without disclosing material facts and annexing relevant documents results in wastage of Court's time.
