¶1Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the applicant today in the Court, the same is taken on record.

¶2Heard learned counsel for applicant and Sri Vedmani Tiwari, learned counsel for Central Railway Department as well as perused the material available on record.

¶3The present application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the applicants for protection in regard to Case Crime No.149 of 2023, under Sections 307, 411, 413, 414, 34 I.P.C., Section 150-B Railway Act and Sections 3, 25, 27 Arms Act, P.S.- Adalhat, District-Mirzapur.

¶4After arguing at some length, applicant's counsel submits that he does not want to press the prayer for release of the applicant on anticipatory bail. His sole prayer is that a direction may be issued to the court below to decide the bail application of the applicant expeditiously in accordance with law.

¶5Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant.

¶6In view of the above, considering the aforesaid alternative prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant, it is directed that the applicant shall surrender before the concerned court below, and in case, a regular bail application is filed, the same be heard and decided, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
