¶3Sri Santosh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the informant is present.

¶4By means of the present petition the petitioners are seeking quashing of the First Information Report dated 06.06.2023, registered as Case Crime No.0186 of 2023, under Sections 366 and 120B IPC, Police Station Gauribazar, District Deoria. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to said FIR.

¶5The petition stands accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution.
