¶1For last few days notice is being placed on noticeboard that all passed over matters shall be taken up in first call.

¶2No one is present to press this petition.

¶3This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 21.7.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 489 of 2023, under Sections 420, 406, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Jeanpur, District Azamgarh.

¶4Vide order dated 21.8.2023 matter was referred to the mediation centre.

¶5Perusal of report dated 10.10.2023 indicates that in compliance of the order dated 21.8.2023 the petitioners have not deposited the amount.

¶6In view of paragraph 9 of the order dated 21.8.2023 the interim order stands vacated.
