Hon'ble Manoj Bajaj,J. This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Bank to provide ' No dues Certificate' to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the Bank Sri Amit Shukla, however, states that there were certain amounts due to the Bank and, therefore, no dues certificate cannot be granted to the petitioner. Under such circumstances, we direct that if the petitioner approaches the Bank to pay the amount payable to the Bank, then the Bank would provide the statement of account. Only after the amount is paid, the 'No Dues Certificate', would be issued. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. Order Date :- 30.10.2023 PK (Manoj Bajaj,J.)
