¶2None is present on behalf of the petitioners to press this petition.

¶3By means of the present petition the petitioners are seeking quashing of the First Information Report dated 11.08.2023, registered as Case Crime No.0259 of 2023, under Sections 307, 504, 452 IPC and Section 3(2) (v) of S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Sureer, District Mathura. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to said FIR.

¶4The petition stands accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution.
