¶2None is present on behalf of the petitioners to press this petition.
¶3By means of the present petition the petitioners are seeking quashing of the First Information Report dated 25.06.1999, registered as Case Crime No.161 of 1999 (State Vs. Dhampal and others), under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 IPC, Police Station Doghat, District Baghpat. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to said FIR.
¶4The petition stands accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution.
