¶1For last few days notice is being placed on noticeboard that all passed over matters shall be taken up in first call.

¶2No one is present to press this petition on behalf of the petitioners.

¶3Sri Prem Narayan Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the informant and learned A.G.A. are present.

¶4This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 20.6.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 501 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 323, 354, 354Kh, 377, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, P.S. Kavi Nagar, District Ghaziabad.

¶5On the request of learned counsel for the petitioners vide order dated 23.8.2023 matter was referred to the mediation centrem, therefore, he has full knowledge of today's date.

¶6As per mediation centre report the petitioners have not deposited the requisite amount.

¶7Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
