¶1Sri Abhijeet Mukherji, counsel for the petitioner, Standing Counsel for respondent No.1, 3 & 5 and Ms. Anjali Upadhya, counsel for respondent No.2.

¶2The dispute regarding recognition of institution is pending before the Deputy Registrar, Societies, Firms and Chits, Meerut/respondent No.5.

¶3According to the petitioner, on account of pendency of the said dispute, the rights of residents have not yet been crystallized.

¶4Without entering into the merits of the case, we dispose of the writ petition expecting the Deputy Registrar/respondent No.5 to expedite the proceedings and conclude the same within two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order after giving opportunity to parties.
