¶1Heard Sri Azad Khan, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing counsel for State respondents.

¶2At the very outset, learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of State respondents has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of this petition on the ground that the petitioner has an alternative remedy to challenge the impugned order under Section 38(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner could not give a satisfactory reply to the objection made by learned Standing counsel.

¶4In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the present petition stands dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy available to the petitioner in accordance with law. Order Date :- 30.10.2023 Shaswat High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
