Learned Standing Counsel submits that election has been decided finally on merits. There is no revision has been filed against the impugned order. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is provided that in case the revision is preferred by the petitioner within three weeks from today, the same shall be decided by the concerned court on merit in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment, without raising any objection with regard to limitation.
