¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner claims compassionate appointment on ground of death of his father in harness while working as Pharmacist at Primary Health Centre, Danpur, Bulandshahr on 23.05.2020.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard he has made a representation before the respondent nos.2 and 3 but the same has remained pending till date.

¶4Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has not objection to the above request.

¶5In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the Respondent no.2, namely, Director General, Health and Medical Department, U.P. at Lucknow to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 29.09.2023 and dispose of the same within a period of two months of production of certified copy of this order.

¶6It is made clear that in the event the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation mentioned above is found to be correct, he shall be offered compassionate appointment within the next one month. Order Date :- 30.10.2023 Deepika High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
