¶5Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. The FIR is delayed by about one month and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. Learned counsel has stated that the informant has deliberately instituted the present FIR owing to the loan of Rs.20,000/- taken by her husband from the applicant.
