¶1Heard Shri Majahar Ali, Advocate appearing for the petitioner-defendant.

¶2This petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "a) to issue direction to the court below i.e. Civil Judge (Jr. Div.) Hawali, District Varanasi to decide Suit No.1110 of 2019 (Ashok Kumar Singh Versus Tilottama Prasad Singh & Others) expeditiously as possible as within short stipulated time period."

¶3It appears that the plaintiff-respondent first set instituted a suit for permanent injunction against the petitioner and two others, who are arrayed as respondent-second set in this petition. It appears that a written statement dated 25.08.2022 was filed.

¶4In the facts and circumstances of the case, no specific direction as sought for can be granted. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
