¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Criminal Case No.624 of 2021 arising out of Case Crime No.143 of 2020, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 452 I.P.C., Police Station-Handia, District-Allahabad, pending before the Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Court No.8, Allahabad.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is informant and lodged FIR against opposite party nos. 2 to 6 and the Investigating Officer after investigation submitted charge-sheet on 22.07.2021 and thereafter concerned court has taken cognizance against opposite party nos. 2 to 6. He next submitted that more than two years have been passed but no charge has been framed against opposite party nos. 2 to 6.

¶4Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2021, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to frame charge within six months and decide the proceeding in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties.
